What began as a family business in 1941, founded by brothers Eugene and Martin Hilti, has become a leading industry player with over 120 locations worldwide and a workforce of more than 34,000 colleagues. Our incredible journey, from humble beginnings to a global powerhouse, is a shining example of the rewards of a hard-working and dedicated team.

At Hilti, we provide leading-edge tools, technologies, software, and services for the global construction industry and beyond. Our purpose is making construction better based on a passionate and inclusive global team and a caring and performance-oriented culture.

What does the role involve?

As an intern in our department, you will be part of a dynamic and passionate team focused on the development and global launch of Digital Engineering Trainings. These trainings aim to enhance the professional skills of structural engineers, with a particular emphasis on anchor and rebar applications which are part of our software modules.

  • Content Creation: Participate in the design and development of eLearning materials and courses specifically tailored for structural engineers. This includes generating engaging and informative content that covers the theoretical and practical aspects of anchor and rebar application.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members from our global markets including technical experts to ensure the training materials are accurate, effective and meet the high-quality standards of the organization.
  • Feedback Implementation: Actively participate in testing and feedback sessions for the eLearning courses. You will be responsible for incorporating feedback to refine and improve the training content.
  • Global Launch Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of strategies for the global introduction of the Digital Engineering Trainings. This may involve supporting marketing efforts, preparing launch materials, and coordinating with different departments to ensure a successful rollout.
