We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience to both internal and external customers to contribute to our sales objectives.
In your role as an Application Engineer, you will engineer and design applications up to medium complexity based on Hilti modular support systems within Hilti’s Installation Business Unit portfolio. These applications will be based on Hilti’s proprietary software suite “PROFIS Installation” and designed under guidance of a senior engineer or team leader. You will provide a basic engineering of anchor or direct fastening solutions and bill of materials to other Hilti functions (e.g. supply chain) for further processing.
