The successful candidate will, in the frame of Hilti’s business strategy, support the people and culture development of Hilti.
Work closely with the human resources team and fully responsible for all the operational and administrative matters in compensation and benefits discipline with the aim in driving great candidate and employee experience.
As part of our HR team located in Budapest Graphisoft park, you’ll be leading employer branding strategy and initiatives for Hilti Hungary including attraction and engagement activities. Your main responsibility is to ensure that Hilti is considered as a desired employer in the Hungarian labour market, while designing and delivering marketing activities to target relevant candidates to Hilti. In addition to EB tasks, you will be also responsible for coordinating full-cycle/end-to-end recruitment for our fast growing organization, and other administrative HR tasks.
