We’re looking for a proactive, driven, efficient and innovative individual to join our HR Shared Services team. The position is located in Malmo but the team is co-operating across the Northern Europe. This is a 12-month fixed term position from April 2022 with a high focus on rolling out new Time and Absence solutions. We would expect to be able to offer a permanent position in the HR Shared Services team in our Malmo or Copenhagen office at the end of the fixed term contract.
The incumbent work closely with the human resources team and fully responsible for all the operational and administrative matters in compensation and benefits discipline with the aim in driving great candidate and employee experience.
Our HR Generalist will provide HR support to the business and act as a collaborator to integrate the Human Resources solutions with the business plans, to support the delivery of current and strategic business priorities.
Vi söker dig som studerar andra eller tredje året på ett universitetsprogram inom HR. Som studentmedarbetare på Hiltis HR-avdelning kommer du samarbeta med hela HR-avdelningen bestående av totalt 8 personer. I första hand kommer du att fokusera på arbetsuppgifter inom rekrytering, men andra uppgifter inom HR-området kommer att förekomma.
