Lead the engineering marketing topics for Hilti North Asia namely China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea covering identification, definition, management and capitalization of engineering marketing initiatives/campaigns by working closely with respective trade managers, engineering managers and digital marketing managers to formulate and implement marketing initiatives in-line with the overall business strategy. The portfolio covers specifiable products, software and services for Specifier and Influencers like building owners, architects and MEP specifiers, etc.
Responsible for the overall direction and approach to deliver business impact via social media by collaborating with our team in North Asia namely China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. The successful candidate will pitch your ideas, demonstrate business value and gain buy-in and investment to convince stakeholders on adoption of digital marketing and work & support them to embed social media in the DNA of the company from sales to customer service, finance, logistics, etc. and to onboard them in this journey to showcase the impact of digital marketing on sales and customer engagement.
