The role of Service Technician I is to maintain quality of service in the repair of Hilti equipment by timely and efficient repairs, and providing best-in-class customer service. This position contributes to the overall financial success of the company by controlling cost of goods sold (COGS), process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process.
The role of Coordinator II is responsible for being the focal point for communication (phone or email) with internal customers, repair billing, credit status, and all data entry activities within the repair process. This position monitors and coordinates the paperwork flow within the tool service operation to support the efficiency of the tool services team. Maintains inventory of Service Center supplies, office appearance, and focuses on safety. Plays a key role in project launches as well as conducts systems training for the Tool Services Center (TSC) team, as needed.
