The Warehouse Supervisor II – VASC Operations directs and oversees VASC (Value Added Services Center) Operations personnel. This role is responsible for coordinating operational activities to include prefabrication (cutting, kitting, painting, and pre-assembly of projects), shipping, receiving, returns, carrier scheduling, and replenishments. Supervisory responsibilities include performance monitoring, evaluation,coaching, direction of work assignments, and cross-training of personnel.
The role of Warehouse Worker I is responsible for providing superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team through the receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment functions, as well as organizational lean objectives.

The role of Machinist I is responsible to provide superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team to ensure high quality and timely production of orders. Duties include, but are not limited to, operating machinery to assist in the customization of products as detailed and outlined by the Project Management Office (PMO).
The role of Inbound Sales Specialist is responsible for influencing and serving all Hilti customers; including internal Hilti customers (i.e. field account managers) and/or other Hilti team members who have direct relationships with the Hilti customer experience.
The Hilti Center Rep is responsible for managing and operating a Hilti Center while maximizing walk-in sales and smaller field accounts while simultaneously providing a high level of customer service (95% order fill rates). All activities are performed with the ultimate objective of providing Total Customer Satisfaction and driving the Hilti Brand.
