We’re looking for Sales Trainee who will start career as a proactive Hilti Store Representative in Estonian sales team. This is no ordinary sales team. As Account Manager, you will directly report to Area Sales Manager. Professional knowledge in products, market and service are fundamental to the role as key responsibilities involve developing and growing the assigned sales territories. You will need strong winning mindset to identify new sales potential and turn leads into our customers.
As a BD you will be focusing on Key Accounts (EPCs or Owners) in Vietnam which are really important for the offshore HILTI business. You will create a strategy and lead its execution to increase sales from the accounts based on commercial relationship and also help driving technical specifications. You will also coordinate a worldwide team associated with these Accounts and directly report to an Area Sales Manager.
