You will be responsible for building a high level of contact with Local and Global accounts operating in the Mining business. Through this you will create sustainable business relationships with decision-makers and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to secure business.

The role will be responsible for utilization of available resources i.e., sales team, territory, market segment, time, and potential to develop the Hilti Zimbabwe market and to develop, implement, and monitor local sales plans and programs, support the overall strategic sales growth and profitability, develop the people within the team and manage all the sales channels (sales representatives, Hilti Store, eventual resellers, website, consignment stocks).
The Manager, Communications (Campaigns) will work with the marketing team to develop and launch innovative digital and traditional marketing campaigns for Hilti North America (HNA). This role will develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels, such as: events, digital, social, paid media, and nurture programs. This role will work across the cross-functional marketing team to drive the development and lead the execution of the campaign strategy and optimize future campaigns.
At Hilti Group M&A and Strategic Controlling, you will work along-side project managers in Hilti’s M&A or strategic projects with key finance focus. As such, you will have substantial visibility to Hilti’s senior management team including BU executive, Corporate Finance leadership members and an opportunity to position yourself for a full-time career at Hilti. Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for 3-6 months
At Corporate Development, you will lead a workstream of one of Hilti’s key strategic projects. In this role, you will be working alongside a former management consulting (MBB) project manager in strategy engagements. As such, you will also have substantial visibility to Hilti’s senior management team including executive board members and the opportunity to position yourself for a full-time career at Hilti. Start date: From June 2021 onwards. Duration is upon agreement from 3 to 6 months.
