This position is responsible for steering the financial results. This includes overseeing the ongoing financial forecasting processes and proactively providing the necessary transparency to upper management to drive profitable decision making.
Reporting to the Head of Offshore for South East Asia, this role is a newly created role within the recently-formed South Asia Pacific Region (A2) following the acquisition of the Norwegian company Oglaend Systems by Hilti. The geographical scope of this role comprises of 7 markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Brunei. This role will have complete responsibility to maximize the share of wallet for Hilti & Oglaend applications on Offshore projects in South East Asia.
The Business Development Manager (BD) is responsible for qualitative and quantitative development of allocated market organizations (with Distributors, called Partners). Furthermore, the BD will be in charge of development of business strategies and initiatives together with the Owners of the distributionship. The BD shall also be the coach of the Hilti division managers and make sure that people strategies are implemented, talents promoted and the territories including regions fully covered.
The purpose of the position of Pricing Specialist is to drive global standard pricing processes and support the markets with focus on operation and ensuring implementation of all global pricing relevant processes.
