Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Process & Services Manager (as we call internally) is an exciting and autonomous role that strikes a balance between identifying and executing services to benefit the needs of our customers and keep ahead of competition whilst keeping focus on traditional logistics metrics such as cost. Success in this role will be built upon a background in logistics coupled with a keen interest or experience in marketing combined with a passion for understanding logistics best practices and driving the Hilti customer experience forward.
In this role you will drive customer engagement through new and improved last mile services. You will focus on jobsite convenience solutions, new transport services and logistic solutions for VIP customers. You align local processes to global standards and increases productivity by leveraging best practices of continuous improvement. You act as a Project Manager for Logistics Projects in Belgium and Luxembourg. The Logistics Project & Services Manager reports to the Logistics Manager.
