You will be in charge of driving eCommerce projects at Hilti for the Western Europe region (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium/Luxembourg). You will have the responsibility of developing our customer facing digital platforms including the website, apps and eB2B (Purchase to Pay solutions) for Western Europe region & the French market. The role is based in France, Boulogne-Billancourt (92) with 2 days of home office possible per week.

Vous serez en charge de conduire des projets eCommerce chez Hilti pour la région Europe de l'Ouest (France, Espagne, Portugal, Belgique/Luxembourg). Vous aurez la responsabilité de développer nos plateformes numériques destinées aux clients, y compris le site Web, les applications et les solutions eB2B (solutions d'achat à payer) pour la région de l'Europe de l'Ouest et le marché français. Plus particulièrement, vous gérez des projets de dimension internationale dans leur intégralité, nécessitant une bonne pratique de l’anglais professionnel et technique.
As a Business Development Manager, you will contribute to the profitable attainment of sales objectives, and you will develop the skills of the sales team with a focus on trade and application knowledge, as well as customer and product platform development. You will also ensure the effective co-ordination of processes within the support functions.
You will play an active role in strategic projects aiming to identify unexplored customer needs and business opportunities. Together with experienced business partners, you will work on market research projects along the different stages of product innovation and the customer journey. Furthermore, you will contribute to our global customer opinion program that tracks customer loyalty and differentiation and impacts strategic decisions. Start date: ideally February/Mach 2022, duration for at least 5-6 months
You'll play an active role in analyzing the Hilti competitive landscape, enhancing our pursue of knowledge from raw information, challenging ourselves to shape market intelligence and more easily predict changes and disruptive factors. Together with experienced business partners, you will actively develop frameworks and plans to generate market and competitive insights. You will analyze different areas of competitors and come up with implications to our major stakeholders: senior management, business units and regional teams.

At Corporate Development, you will lead a workstream of one of Hilti’s key strategic projects. In this role, you will be working alongside a former management consulting (MBB) project manager in strategy engagements. As such, you will also have substantial visibility to Hilti’s senior management team including executive board members and the opportunity to position yourself for a full-time career at Hilti. Start date: From January / February 2022 onwards. Duration is upon agreement from 3 to 6 months.
Construction in Ireland is booming, due to substantial growth we are seeking an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Consultant to join the Hilti Ireland team and own the Environment, Health & Safety function. This newly created role will see you acting as the EHS expert for Hilti Ireland and ensuring optimum capability, whilst fostering a culture of behavioural safety and sustainability mindset through influencing, stakeholder management and a deep insight and passion for all EHS aspects.
