Ensuring the economic and customer-oriented tool repair in accordance with the service policy and the goals of the tool service.

What does the role involve?
Specialist leadership of employees in tool repair.
Vacation planning for the unit, taking into consideration seasonal goods acceptance.
Organizing basic and continuation training of employees in cooperation with the operational management for technology.
Ensuring safety and quality inspections as well as repairs according to RI and the inspection plan.
Permanent optimization of the workshop processes and facilities.
Economic spare parts handling (availability, recording).
Active cooperation in achieving performance targets.
Deputy function for the head of the tool repair team.
Cooperation in the team and in carrying out repairs.

What you need is:
- Training as a master craftsman in the electric or electromechanic area or similar qualifications
- Service experience (repair)
- EDP knowledge: SAP-R3, PC knowledge (Excel, Word)
- The ability to work in a team
- Target oriented
