What does the role involve?

[Territory Planning]
- Lead Territory planning on specific period basis by communicating strategic directions with stakeholders.
- Drive strategic territory management by identifying new business opportunities and preparing investment decisions accordingly.
- Drive territory effectiveness and productivity by monitoring territory performance and by identifying underperforming territories with root causes.
- Maintain/enhance rules for territory design and sales allocation for fair and effective sales activities.
- Support local Finance team for territory sales target setting

[Disciplined Sales Execution&Account Development]
- CRM campaign management - Capture various slaes opportunities from relevant teams and create/train/monitor CRM sales campaign
- Train Sales forces with account development tools like CRM to maximize identified business opportuity
- Lead Sales team call planning process to make sure high quantity and quality customer visits based on Hilti standard disciplined sales execution process.
- Lead discussion on developing effective account development process with local Sales leadership and region team.
- Support customer loyalty development program.

[Others]
- Provide/maintain high quality data(customer sales data, customer potential, customer company information etc)
- Lead/enhance customer data managing processes on regular basis to maintain high quality customer and contact information .
- Regularly provide prospective customer list to the customer master to support growth in market coverage.
- Provide strategic proposal through analysis and reports according to the management direction.

What you need is:

- Min 7 yrs + work experiences(including advanced degree education period)
- MBA is preferred.
- Experiences in strategic project management is a big plus.(e.g. Process creation/optimization)
- Fluent English Level (especially speaking)
- Strong at numbers and analytics
- Strategic thinker who can articulate convincing story with solid logic and structure out of ambiguous business environment.
- Strong willingness to make difference and positive influence in any circumstances(Most important)
- Self-motivated professional with spirit of challenging the status quo(tangible track record of this will be a big plus)
- Clear identification and management of key stakeholders
- Decent understanding about constuction industry is a plus.
