Sales Trainee / Hilti Store Representative
What's the role?
We’re looking for Sales Trainee who will start career as a proactive Hilti Store Representative in Estonian sales team. This is no ordinary sales team. Our people come from all different backgrounds with a dedication to high performance, consistent results and exceptional customer service.
Working time – 8.00 – 17.00 (weekdays only)

What does the role involve?
As a Hilti Store Representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. You’ll have broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalog, which opens lots of career options for the future. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories.

Salary 1500 - 1800 EUR gross, quarter bonuses and 3 level benefit package.

What you need is:
- Ability to develop engaged customer relationships;
- Accuracy and high accountability of job quality;
- High dedication to customer satisfaction;
- Strong communication skills, with fluent Estonian and good knowledge of Russian and English;
- Passion to learn and drive to succeed in direct sales business;
- B category driver's license for future roles in sales department;
- A proactive approach and teamwork.
