Sales Representative/ Account Manager
What's the role?
We are looking for a sales representative to join our Latvian sales team. This is no ordinary sales job as our people come from all different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance, consistent results and exceptional customer service.

What does the role involve?
As a sales representative, you`ll be out and about visiting our customers, wherever they`re busy working, to find out how we can help them. Ours is a model of professional consultative selling and it`s really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and after-care that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, it`s about nurturing relationships with customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.

What you need is:
- Ability to develop loyal customer relationships
- Commitment, courage and competitive drive
- Strong communication skills, with fluent Latvian and good knowledge of Russian and English
- A thirst to learn and challenge yourself
