What's the role?

We are looking for colleague with strong business acumen and technical background to join our sales team as Key Account Manager responsible for Facade business development in Latvia.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer.

The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.

We have more than 200,000 interactions with our customers every day. It’s how we get to know their businesses, appreciate their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.

Monthly gross salary - 1800 EUR - 2500 EUR; quarter bonus system and 3 level benefit packages.

What you need is:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent Latvian and good knowledge of English;
  • Customer-facing/sales experience gained in technical industry;
  • Experience in construction market will be considered as advantage;
  • Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset;
  • Ability to demonstrate that you're a flexible team player with a hunger to learn
  • Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude;
  • A driving license is essential based on the nature of the position.
