Key Account Manager
What's the role?
We are looking for candidates with strong business acumen to join our Latvian sales team as Key Account Manager. This is no ordinary sales job as our people come from all different backgrounds with a dedication to high performance, consistent results and exceptional customer service.

What does the role involve?
As Key Account Manager, you’ll be out and about visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites and plants or in offices and warehouses.
Ours is a model of consultative selling, and it’s really a hands-on job. Professional knowledge in products, market and service are fundamental to the role as key tasks involve developing and growing the assigned sales territories. You will need strong winning mindset to identify new sales potential and turn leads into our customers. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about developing relationships with customers. From day to day, challenging tasks and responsibilities will help you pave your way to becoming market leader.

Monthly gross salary - 1700 EUR - 2200 EUR; annual bonus system and three level benefit packages.

What you need is:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent Latvian and good knowledge of English and/ or Russian
- Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset
- Self-motivated and a quick learner
- Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
- A driving license is essential based on the nature of the position
