Hilti Store Representative
What's the role?
As a Hilti Store Representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects.
Working time - 8.00 - 17.00 (Workdays only)

What does the role involve?
It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. You’ll have broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue, which opens lots of career options for the future.
Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories.

What you need is:
- Ability to develop loyal customer relationships
- High commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, with fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of Russian and/ or English
