We are looking for a customer-focused Field Engineer to develop their career in a rewarding, high-performing, international company.

What does the role involve?

As a field engineer, you'll be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, architects, government bodies and designers to drive the sales of specific products. This involves educating key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti products, with a view to securing their specification in the designs.
It means - visiting job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, giving technical advice and providing problem solving support to customers and Hilti sales team. It also means developing of new business opportunties through investigation of sub-segment potential in diferent areas and taking responsibility for key project specification of Hilti products, supporting the sales team in their efforts to sell variety of Hilti solutions.

We invest more than 5% of our turnover every year in exploring new solutions in diamond systems, measuring tools, firestops, anchors and other fastening systems.

Compensation - monthly gross salary 1650 - 2350 EUR, trimester bonuses and 3 level benefit packages.

What you need is:

  • A Bachelor's degree or studies in graduation in civil or mechanical engineering
  • Strong communication skills, with fluent Latvian and good knowledge of Russian and/ or English
  • Passion to learn and drive to succeed
  • Good team player and motivator skills
  • An agile approach to solving problems and results driven attitude
  • Previous work and cooperation experience with construction companies will be considered as advantage
