What does the role involve?
As a field engineer, you’ll be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, architects, government bodies and designers to drive the sales of specific products. This involves educating key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti solutions, with a view to securing their specification in the designs.
It means - visiting job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, giving technical advice, selling ideas and providing problem solving support to customers and Hilti sales team. It also means developing of new business opportunities through investigation of sub-segment potential in different areas and taking duty for key project specification of Hilti products, promoting the sales team in their efforts to sell variety of Hilti solutions.

Monthly gross salary - 2100 EUR - 2700 EUR; half-year bonus system, company car and three level benefit packages.

What you need is:
- A Bachelor`s degree or studies in graduation in civil or structural engineering are mandatory
- Strong communication skills, with fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of Russian and/ or English
- Passion to learn and drive to succeed
- Good team player and motivator skills
- An agile approach to solving problems and results driven attitude
- Previous work and cooperation experience with construction companies will be considered as advantage;
- Driver's license B
