Customer Service Representative
What's the role?
We’re looking for customer service representative to join our Estonian sales team.
Working time – 8.00 – 17.00 ( weekdays only)

What does the role involve?
As a customer service professional, you`ll be front-of-house for our esteemed and trusted brand. Ours is a premium product and our customers expect outstanding service to match. It is a busy, hands-on role, where you`ll demonstrate our products. When customers come or call for advice, you`ll be there to answer any questions and to give each relationship a friendly, personal touch.

What you need is:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to develop loyal customer relationships
- Commitment, courage and competitive drive
- Strong communication skills, with fluent Estonian and good knowledge of Russian and English
- A thirst to learn and challenge yourself
