C&B Specialist, HR Project
What's the role?
We're hiring C&B Specialist that plays a key role in building, leading, and managing a broad range of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operation to strengthen talent and maximize the success of our business. This includes but is not limited to Compensation & Benefits and Operation, HR records, HR Policies, budgeting. The incumbent will work effectively within HRBPs and various stakeholders including business functions and managers.

What does the role involve?
- Work with HRBPs and key business stakeholders, to develop and implement the HR solutions needed to drive the success of the business - Design, develop, implement and administrate of compensation system, policies and practices to align with business strategy and interpret relevant governmental laws - Lead compensation plans and incentive/benefits programs in support of the corporation’s objectives - Manage external market benchmarking and job analyses, identify market trends and recommends appropriate actions to maintain the company's competitive position within the market place - Ensure that the administration of various HR activities are in compliance with established guidelines, processes, and procedures and government requirements - Collaborate with other HR functional areas to ensure that the HR programs and services meet the various needs of business units and employee groups - Oversee and monitor expense departmental budgets, maintain and improve efficiency of labor cost - Involve or lead various HR and organization projects to drive the organization as a whole to a high performing one - Identify and take leads on various HR excellence projects including but not limited to policy development, HR dashboard management, HR process improvement. - Develop and implement change management driven from the various HR projects and initiatives.

What you need is:
- University Degree, majoring in HR is an advantage. - Minimum 4~5 years related experience in HR function in a multinational company. - Project Management skill and experience is essential. - Six sigma knowledge and skill is advantage. - Good command of English. - Excellent in MS software application.
