Account Manager/ Sales Representative
What's the role?
We’re looking for a sales representative/ account manager to join our Estonian sales team. This is no ordinary sales job as our people come from all different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance, consistent results and exceptional customer service.

What does the role involve?
As a sales representative, you'll be out and about visiting our customers, wherever they're busy working, to find out how we can help them. Ours is a model of professional consultative selling and it's really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and after-care that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, it's about nurturing relationships with customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.

What you need is:
- Ability to develop loyal customer relationships;
- Target orientation and getting things done in achieving sales results;
- Commitment, courage and competitive drive;
- Strong communication skills, with fluent Estonian and good knowledge of Russian and/ or English;
- A thirst to learn and challenge yourself;
- B category driver's license.
