What's the role?

Develop and grow the profitable sales of Hilti solutions to your geographic territory accounts Develop clearly formulated strategies for your accounts to generate measurable contributions to your customers and our profitability Work pro-actively with key decision makers within contractors, relevant businesses and suppliers to understand their business needs and maximize sales Develop sales opportunities for both existing product range and new product Increase engagement with customers for the long term - focusing mainly on the highly engaged customers to drive more business and growth within for both products/services. Establish clear and consistent pricing within your territory, major accounts and those passed over to other Account Managers to ensure sustainable profitable growth. Maintain a high self-drive and commitment to results at all times

What does the role involve?

Direct customer contact, creation and development of customers. Implementation of sales strategies Fast introduction of new products to customers and new markets.

What you need is:

  • Proven selling with visible results
  • Experience of negotiating significant pricing and trading agreements (i.e. ability to understand mar-gins and volume related discounts)
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within our organizations up to and including Director level
  • Ability to learn new ideas/products and implement quickly
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Basic project management skills (using any tools, i.e. MS Project)
