Profile summary
I joined Hilti seven years ago, as a graduate on internship in strategic finance. The job description really stood out for me and I chose the position over other offers because of the reputation of the company culture and the warm welcome I received through the interview rounds.
I’ve been happy with my decision ever since. There’s a steep learning curve at Hilti, but it’s something I like as it challenges you every day. There’s also lots of opportunity to experience different areas and to see the business from a bird’s eye view. New ideas are always welcomed and we can each influence the way things are done. It’s an empowering feeling, which gives people the drive to outperform in a collaborative way. This is supported by countless in-house training programs and personal development courses, alongside ongoing performance management.
One of the most exciting highlights for me has been working with the Hilti Foundation on various CSR projects. I’ve also enjoyed being part of the build of the North European Region, as well as steering 2.0 implementation, introducing lean tools to different business functions and creating our most comprehensive global rolling forecast system. Along the way, it’s been great to be responsible for the development and motivation of a high-performing team. It’s all part of the strong community spirit at Hilti.

Profile summary
I was Born and raised in one of the most multicultural cities at Saudi (Jeddah), growing up within an extended, and culturally diverse family who believe that dreams can only be true by taking risk, challenging your status quo and keep persisting.
Taking concrete steps toward achieving my dreams, I joined Hilti after almost 4 years of abroad Study majoring in Human Resources and Employment relations at UK. I am Honoured to be the first female joining Hilti Saudi back 2011 around much hesitations and cultural doubts in the country, yet I was successfully able to establish a female section and set a strategic growth plan for feminization journey in a male dominated industry.
The equal opportunity offered by the company respecting people differences and uniqueness, enabled me further discovering my capabilities and learning agility through the International Talent Acceleration Program (ITAP 2014). This experience of working closely with global talents made me feel heard and gave me a sense of belonging and urge to further develop and change.
Determining to keep my dreams going, I was assigned to leadership roles with direct impact on business and people firstly as a talent acquisition team leader and later I was promoted to the role of HR business partner with larger scope to influence people engagement journey through Diversity and Inclusion roadmap. Each one of those roles comes with different challenges and new learnings which has sculpted the person who I am today.
What makes this company the best place to work is the Corporate Culture that I live every day. The company’s Philosophy of Partnership with a clear focus on Mission, Values and Ethics inspires me on my overall personality and provides me with maximum pride and sense of satisfaction building a career with Hilti.
